Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern your participation in the Fomoed Referral Program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms in addition to the Fomoed . Terms of Service.

1 Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

• Have a verified Fomoed account in good standing
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where referral programs or cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Agree to these Referral Terms prior to accessing the referral dashboard

2 Referral Links & Codes

Upon enrollment, you will be assigned a unique referral code and link. You agree that:

• Your referral code is permanent and cannot be changed once created
• You will not create multiple accounts to generate additional referral codes
• You will not impersonate Fomoed or misrepresent your affiliation with the platform
• Referral links and codes are for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned
• You are solely responsible for how and where you share your referral link

3 Commission Structure & Tiers

Commissions are earned based on the trading fees generated by users who sign up through your referral link. Your tier — and commission rate — increases as you refer more active traders:

Fomoed reserves the right to modify commission rates and tier thresholds at any time with prior notice to active participants.

4 Earnings & Payouts

Referral earnings are subject to the following terms:

• Commissions are calculated based on net trading fees after any applicable discounts or rebates
• Earnings are tracked in real time but are subject to a reconciliation period before becoming available for withdrawal
• Payouts are processed in USDT or USDC to a wallet address you specify
• A minimum payout threshold applies; balances below the minimum will carry over to the next payout cycle
• You are responsible for providing a valid and correct wallet address; Fomoed is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address
• Fomoed reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from referral earnings

5 Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you own or control
• Using paid advertising that bids on Fomoed brand terms or trademarks
• Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or bulk email campaigns to promote referral links
• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Fomoed, its services, or potential earnings
• Offering kickbacks, rebates, or incentives to referred users using your commission earnings
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referral sign-ups
• Creating fake accounts or using fraudulent identities to inflate referral counts
• Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the Fomoed Terms of Service

6 Termination & Modification

Fomoed may, at its sole discretion:

• Terminate your participation in the Referral Program at any time with or without cause
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program entirely
• Adjust commission rates, tier requirements, or payout terms with reasonable notice
• Withhold or claw back earnings associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity

7 Limitation of Liability

These Referral Terms are governed by and subject to the general . In the event of a conflict between these Referral Terms and the Terms of Service, these Referral Terms shall prevail with respect to the Referral Program. Terms of Service.
