General

Is fomoed free?

Yes, fomoed is completely free to use. All bots on all exchanges are free. We earn a tiny 0.01% builder fee per trade built into the DEX's native fee structure — paid by the exchange, never by you.

Do I need to keep my computer on?

No. Your bots run 24/7 on our cloud servers. You can close your browser, turn off your computer, and your bots will keep trading.

Can I run multiple bots?

Yes. You can create as many bots as you want, all for free.

What happens if my bot encounters an error?

The bot will attempt to recover automatically. If errors persist, it will be stopped to protect your capital. You'll receive a notification with details about the error.

Trading

How many pairs can I trade per bot?

Each bot trades one pair. To trade multiple pairs, create multiple bots.

What's the maximum leverage?

It depends on the exchange and pair. Varies by exchange and pair — up to 50x on most perp DEXs. The bot setup wizard shows available leverage for your selected pair.

Can I change my bot's settings while it's running?

Yes. Go to your bot's Settings tab, make changes, and save. Some changes (like exchange or pair) require stopping and restarting the bot.

Will I lose my trade history if I stop a bot?

No. All trade history is permanently stored. Stopping a bot only pauses trading — your data is preserved.

Security

Are my API keys safe?

Your API credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We never have withdrawal permissions — only trading permissions are required.

Can fomoed withdraw my funds?

No. We only request trading permissions on your API keys. Never enable withdrawal permissions for any trading bot service.
