Copy Trading

Copy trading lets you mirror the trades of any wallet address in real time. When the leader opens or closes a position, your bot automatically replicates the trade on your account.

How to Follow a Leader

1. Create a bot and select the Copy Trading strategy.
2. Enter the wallet address of the trader you want to copy.
3. Configure your position sizing and risk parameters.
4. Start the bot — it will monitor the leader's activity and mirror their trades.

Position Mirroring

When the leader opens a trade, your bot opens the same trade on your account. When they close or adjust their position, your bot follows. The entire process is automatic and real-time.

Proportional Sizing

You do not need the same account size as the leader. The bot calculates proportional position sizes based on your configured settings. For example, if the leader uses 10% of their account and you set 5% as your max, your positions will be half the relative size.

Supported Exchanges

Copy trading works on exchanges where on-chain position data is publicly available, such as Hyperliquid. The leader does not need to be a fomoed user — you just need their wallet address.

Risks to Consider

• Slippage — There may be a small delay between the leader's trade and your copy, resulting in slightly different entry prices.
• Different leverage — The leader may use different leverage than your bot is configured for.
• Past performance — A leader's historical results do not guarantee future performance.
• Sudden changes — The leader may change their strategy or stop trading without notice.
